Project ‘Roots’ is an Agritourism and Adventure tourism initiative at village Meenapally, about 65 km from Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. The project will house ‘Rural-Themed Weekend Homes’ in a functional farm at a hilltop picturesque location, for staying while on farm vacations and farm tours. Further the project will include; demonstration of agriculture activities, sport fishing, rural recreation, bird watching, rock climbing, bullock cart riding, abseiling, trekking, art & craft demonstrations, camping sites, educational tours for school children, pick your own fruit and vegetable farms, moonlight activities, tribal coffee, gift shop, lunch & refreshment counter, traditional food restaurant, farm theme playground for children, and many more activities loaded with fun and adventure designed to offer rural life, nature and adventure in one platter making it a lifetime memorable experience for the visitors.
We have already purchased a plateau of 44 Acres for the project and have plans to develop the project with the support of Department of Tourism, Government of Andhra Pradesh, India.
