Harish, besides being a Director on the Board of several Companies, is the promoter of Malaxmi Group.
Harish started his career with Desein Pvt Ltd, the consultants for power projects the world over. After a short stint with Spectrum Power Generation, he joined Lanco group in 1995, to head its power division. The first power project set up by Lanco Group was the very first Independent Power Producer in India finalized under the tariff based International Competitive Bidding.

Pavan heads the Agri business vertical of the group. He is a multi skilled agri business professional with entrepreneurial passion, coupled with hands on approach.
Pavan brings in close to 10 years of experience in Agri input, Agri finance, Agri output, Agricultural production, Agriculture infrastructure industry and Policy advisory by virtue of his previous assignments at Coromandel Fertilisers, ICICI Bank, ITC – ABD and ILFS – Clusters.
Pavan is a graduate in Agriculture from ANGRAU and a Post Graduate in Agri Business Management from MANAGE, Hyderabad. He is passionate about Farming and Teaching. He has authored a book on Agricultural Product Procurement Management and teaches at several leading Agri business management Institutes including MANAGE in his free time.
Tirumal Srinivas

Tirumal, as he is fondly known, is a seasoned technocrat. A graduate in Civil Engineering, Tirumal had started his career as Site Engineer for Rajyashree Constructions, Hyderabad in 1990.In 1993 he joined Desein Private Limited, consultants for power projects the world over as Design Engineer, followed by a seven year stint starting from 1996, as AGM(Infrastructure) at Lanco Kondapalli Power Limited,Lanco Group. During this tenure he successfully played the role of an able catalyst and achieved Project Agreements & Contracts that were crucial for Project Financial Closure.Tirumal is well versed in Planning, Development and Project Management for coal and gas based power projects.
The many facets of his experience includes, Bid Evaluation, Techno-Commercial Negotiations, Purchase Recommendation, Vendor Development, Material Management, Construction Advisory, Quality Control, Tender Management, Budgetary Proposals, Technical Support and Review of Design Reports & Construction Drawings.
S. Arun Kumar

Arun Kumar is a Techno-commercial engineer with more than 17 years of experience to date in the Power Sector. Arun Kumar is a gold medalist in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Joined the then APSEB in 1993 and worked in Thermal Power Projects as a Controls & Instrumentation Engineer for eight years. During this period, he won accolades from the top brass for his work in carrying out modifications in the C&I schemes to prevent unit outages.
Later, joined the Commercial & Regulatory Affairs wing of APGENCO (formed as the Power Generation wing of APSEB) and had a tenure of more than 7 years. He negotiated the PPAs and other commercial negotiations with the power purchase utilities, and was responsible for cost control and efficient operations of the power projects, preparedness for ABT besides holding consultations with the Regulatory Commission regularly.
Subsequently, joined the Malaxmi Group in 2008 and since then has been involved in the various facets related to Conventional and Non-Conventional Power Projects. His experience includes Commercial & Regulatory frameworks, Technical support, Competitive Bidding, Commercial negotiations with suppliers, Submitting Bids and Evaluating proposals, Due Diligence of Projects, (Renewable and Non-Conventional) Energy Power Projects (Solar & Wind) and CDM.
Satyasish Rath

Satyasish is a strategist cum implementer with recognized proficiency in spearheading business operations with an aim to accomplish desired plans and targeted goals successfully. A management graduate, from Utkal University Odisha, with an entrepreneurial bent of mind, Satyasish brings to Malaxmi 15 years of corporate experience, and 3 years of business experience, in banking, infrastructure and other diverse domains. After his very successful seven year stint at Capital Fortunes Limited, Hyderabad to head its marketing division ‘Quintessence Systems Private Limited’ as Profit Centre Head, Satyasish had an equally successful stint at Yes Bank Limited, Hyderabad. During his tenure at Capital Fortunes Limited, he had first hand exposure to many PPP model infrastructure projects and has expertise in studying the legal framework, policy, and rules governing the same.
The many facets of his experience includes; marketing strategy, business development, corporate communication, relationship management and people management and experience of developing procedures and service standards for business excellence.
Satyasish has been awarded by Standard Chartered Bank for outstanding performance, at National Level for managing a team of about 150 people to market retail asset products.
